Code of Conduct

The Code of Conduct guides all operations at Restel Hotels. The purpose of the Code of Conduct is to ensure that Restel Hotels follows a common set of ethical principles. The Code of Conduct applies to Restel Hotels' Board of Directors, management and employees. We expect that our partners commit to responsible practices as well. 

The Code of Conduct consists of seven main principles:

  1. General business principles
  2. Principles of customer service
  3. Principles for the employer and employees
  4. Principles of procurement
  5. Gifts and conflicts of interest
  6. Compliance with the Code of Conduct
  7. Reporting violations of the Code of Conduct

Suppliers and other partners

We expect our suppliers of goods and services to commit to responsible practices equivalent to those followed by Restel Hotels. During the partner selection process, potential partners must demonstrate their commitment to social responsibility, animal welfare, the environment and other aspects of responsible business operations. We require that our key partners issue an annual corporate responsibility report providing an analysis of their business operations in terms of environmental impact, social responsibility and compliance with the relevant international standards.
